On behalf of the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association, I wish to thank you and all at Four Masters National School, for raising a truly fantastic €525 to support people living with MND. We deeply appreciate this gesture. Fundraisers such as yours are a lifeline to the MND Community. A special thanks to all the students and parents involved in the Valentines Day Fundraiser. Please also pass on our thanks to all in the community who supported the fundraiser. The funds you have raised will enable us to continue to provide services such as specialised equipment and continue to fund home care hours. Our six MND Nurses are constantly on the road visiting families who need advice and practical information. With more than 470 people living with Motor Neurone Disease in Ireland we must strive to ensure that each person affected receives the best possible care and support.
