On the 24th of September 2024 Four Masters N.S participated in the Leitrim schools cross country competition.The third and fourth class girls competition was the first one of the day.The competitors had to run two and a half laps of the football pitch at Ballinamore sports complex. Everyone tried their best and represented their school exceptionally.Alice Browne came in the top ten and won a bronze medal.The third and fourth boys were next and ran a successful race claiming first and second from Nathan Mcann and Anges Drogou. Next was the 5th and 6th girls and the distance was increased to 1km.Siarla Mcgown and Avril Dolan finished in the top twelve also getting medals.Finally the sixth and fifth class boys ran a great race with Killian Lipset coming tenth and getting a medal to end the day. It ended as a very succesfull day for Four Masters N.S in the Leitrim schools cross country competition.
